The buildings known as "Cultural Centers" start from the houses of culture, being buildings intended to contain spaces that respond and promote the cultural and recreational activities of greatest interest and boom among their users. Developing in this thesis a project that gives rise to spaces where it is possible to solve the needs and requirements that users demand, spaces that provide aspects that manage to provide comfort, functionality, character, interest and inspiration to promote cultural activities that in the municipality of Copándaro they are carried out and are sought to be preserved. In this document, a project will be presented that seeks to break the context of the municipality, a municipality which is very representative for its cultural activities, with greater emphasis on the carnival festivities and its tourist attraction due to the production of flower of the dead, which if Although they are one of the main attractions of the place, an architectural distinctive is still needed, a style that stands out and makes the municipality notice, for this reason the development of the building will contain a very contemporary style, "parametricism", which will seek to stand out not only in the present but also in the future.
Los edificios denominados como “Centros culturales” parten de las casas de cultura, siendo edificios destinados a contener espacios que den respuesta y promuevan las actividades culturales y recreativas de mayor interés y auge entre sus usuarios. Desarrollando en la presente tesis un proyecto que dé lugar a espacios donde se le lograse dar solución a las necesidades y requerimientos que los usuarios demanden, espacios que brinden aspectos que logren dar comodidad, funcionalidad, carácter, interés e inspiración para promover las actividades culturales que en el municipio de Copándaro se llevan a cabo y se buscan preservar. En el presente documento se presentará un proyecto que busca el rompimiento del contexto del municipio, municipio el cual es muy representativo por sus actividades culturales haciendo mayor énfasis en las festividades de carnaval y su atracción turística debido a la producción de flor de muerto, que si bien son de sus mayores atractivos del lugar aun hace falta un distintivo arquitectónico, un estilo que resalte y haga notar al municipio, por ello el desarrollo del edificio contendrá un estilo muy contemporáneo, el “parametricismo”, que buscara sobresalir no solo en el presente sino también en el futuro.
