This thesis entitled "desserts in motion" is the perfect mix of pastry and architecture, creating a mobile architecture model with which we can experience new sensations and experiences. Creating a dynamic artifact, in which a product can be distributed (in this case, desserts), and at the same time have the possibility of traveling through different places, without the need to rent a place as such, is part of the fundamental objective of this thesis. With this, it is expected to have the facility of having different locations in which the SE product can be sold with the best disposition. This project considers the difficulty that an entrepreneur (self-starter) has to start a full and profitable business. This mobile architecture is expected to be an alternative for any merchant starting a new adventure. Currently, creating your own business is more complicated than you think. For any entrepreneur (self-starter) it is a real challenge to have a place established for the sale and distribution of any product. The rent of a local is a strong start-up expense for any entrepreneur (self-starter) without a wide client portfolio. In addition to this problem, it is not always possible to find an affordable local rent with the best location. Based on this, the idea of moving desserts arises, as a Development alternative for new entrepreneurs (self-starter).
Esta tesis titulada "Postres en movimiento" es la mezcla perfecta de repostería y arquitectura, creando un modelo de arquitectura móvil con el cual podemos experimentar nuevas sensaciones y experiencias. El crear un artefacto dinámico, en el cual se pueda distribuir un producto (en este caso postres), y a la vez tener la posibilidad de circular por diversos lugares, sin la necesidad de rentar un lugar como tal, es parte del objetivo fundamental de esta tesis. Con ello, se espera tener la facilidad de contar con distintas ubicaciones en las cuales el producto se pueda vender con la mejor disposición. Este proyecto considera la dificultad que tiene un emprendedor para iniciar un negocio pleno y redituable. Se espera que esta arquitectura móvil sea una alternativa para cualquier comerciante que inicie un emprendimiento. En la actualidad el crear un negocio propio es más complicado de lo que se piensa. Para cualquier emprendedor es un verdadero reto tener un local establecido para la venta y distribución de cualquier producto. La renta de un local es un gasto fuerte de inicio para cualquier emprendedor sin una amplia cartera de clientes. Adicionalmente a esta problemática, no siempre se puede conseguir un local en renta accesible con la mejor ubicación. En base a ello surge la idea de Postres en Movimiento, como una alternativa de desarrollo para nuevos emprendedores.
