Desarrollo habitacional vertical para centennials en el siglo XXI en Morelia

Abstract

The content of this research expresses and develops both the urban needs, as well as the architectural ones focused on the new ways of living and working for people in the 21st century, following the processes through a methodology that allows analyzing and reflecting on the problems, characteristics and current contexts. This research focuses on the realization of a vertical building that includes a coworking model and a coliving focused mainly on users of generation "Z" or "Centennials". And that this building allows to create a trend of redensification of urban areas, as well as the realization of the greatest number of activities within the same building. We investigated and reflected on the social, urban and cultural characteristics and problems that exist today. Contemplating the needs of the "centennial" user as well as the consequences left by the global contingency caused by the SARS-Cov19 pandemic. That marks a radical change in society and in the world of work through technology and remote work. This building jointly enrolls two different tendencies in characteristics but similar in ideology within the same building and creates within a new way of existing. Developing within it a wide variety of activities and daily routines without the need to leave it. Also promoting in this way a more sustainable life, society and city. In a contemporary and resilient building.

El contenido de esta investigación expresa y desarrolla tanto las necesidades urbanas, así como las arquitectónicas enfocadas a las nuevas formas de habitar y trabajar de las personas en el siglo XXI siguiendo los procesos a través de una metodología que permite analizar y reflexionar las problemáticas, las características y los contextos actuales. Esta investigación se enfoca en la realización de un edificio vertical que incluya un modelo de coworking y un coliving enfocado principalmente en usuarios de la generación “Z” o “Centennials”. Y que este edificio permita crear una tendencia de redensificación de las zonas urbanas, así como la realización de la mayor cantidad de actividades dentro de un mismo edificio. Se investigó y reflexiono sobre las características y problemáticas sociales, urbanas y culturales que existen en la actualidad. Contemplando las necesidades del usuario “centennial” así como las secuelas que quedaron por la contingencia global provocada por la pandemia de SARS-Cov19. Que marca un cambio radical en la sociedad y en el mundo laboral a través de la tecnología y el trabajo a distancia. Este edificio enrola de manera conjunta dos tendencias diferentes en características pero similares en ideología dentro de un mismo edificio y crea dentro de una nueva forma de existir. Desarrollando dentro de este una gran variedad de actividades y rutinas diarias sin la necesidad de salir del mismo. Fomentando también de esta manera una vida, sociedad y ciudad más sustentable. En un edificio contemporáneo y resiliente.
