Unidad deportiva en Santiago Undameo

Abstract

This thesis presents an analysis and development of a sports unit located in the town of Santiago Undameo through research, field visits and collection of information obtained in order to propose an architectural project that meets the different needs of the population. This information was compiled and divided in eight different chapters, each one directed to different items that were considered as indispensable determinants for the elaboration of this Sports Unit. The first chapter describes the different determinants that emphasize the project, such as the introduction, the statement of a problem, a justification for the same, as well as the different objectives for this thesis and a methodology. Chapter two was devoted to the first cases that helped to define important aspects of the project as analogous cases, giving a more defined course. Chapter three focuses more on research of the different users as well as the location proposed for this project. The fourth chapter deals specifically with the physical-climatic determinants of the site. The fifth chapter was devoted to the equipment and infrastructure of the site and how it is related to the terrain to be worked. The sixth chapter refers to the regulatory framework. The seventh chapter begins with the determinants that the project will have, such as all those spaces that will conform it and finally in chapter eight the different plans are presented.

La presente tesis presenta un análisis y desarrollo de una unidad deportiva ubicada en la localidad de Santiago Undameo mediante la investigación, visitas de campo y recopilación de información obtenida para que de esta manera se pueda proponer un proyecto arquitectónico que resuelva las diferentes necesidades de la población. Dicha información fue recopilada y dividida en ocho diferentes capítulos, cada uno dirigido a diferentes rubros que se consideraron como determinantes indispensables para la elaboración de esta Unidad Deportiva. En el primer capítulo se describen las diferentes determinantes que dan hincapié al proyecto como lo es la introducción, el planteamiento de una problemática, una justificación para esta misma, de igual manera se establecen los diferentes objetivos para esta tesis y a su vez una metodología. En el capítulo dos se destinó para los primeros casos que ayudaron a definir aspectos importantes en el proyecto como casos análogos, dando un rumbo más definido. El capítulo tres se enfoca más en investigación tanto de los diferentes usuarios como de la propia ubicación propuesta para ese proyecto. El cuarto capítulo trata específicamente de las determinantes físico-climáticas del lugar. El quinto capítulo se destinó para el equipamiento e infraestructura del lugar y como esta relacionadas con el terreno a trabajar. El sexto capítulo se refiere al marco normativo. El séptimo capítulo da inicio a las determinantes que tendrá el proyecto, como todos aquellos espacios que lo conformaran y por último en el capítulo ocho se presentas los diferentes planos realizados.
