The present work is about an architectural proposal for "Oral Trials Rooms in Centro De Morelia Michoacán". Presented mainly to solve the problems that currently exist in relation to the distribution of spaces, where basic aspects of first necessity that are required in said rooms will be taken. A design will be established where the current needs presented by the oral trial rooms will be taken, since said project aims to implement a scheme or an infrastructure adapting it to each of the parties that intervene in said rooms, as well as one of the main purposes is to know directly what the needs are with regard to space and to propose an adequate design. Speaking in detail about the various chapters that make up the work, it can be said that: the first chapter addresses the general aspects of the subject, both nationally and internationally, which allows a broader panorama of the various aspects that have intervened in the study. theme. For its part, the second chapter deals with aspects related to aspects related to users, statistics, etc. where it is possible to understand about the particularity that these can have and how for that reason, they demand different spaces and conditions. The third chapter covers, addresses the aspects related to the physical and geographic, where the climate, temperature, rainfall, prevailing winds, solar graphics and the macro and micro location are disclosed. El presente trabajo es sobre una propuesta arquitectónica de “Salas de Juicios Orales En Centro De Morelia Michoacán”. Presentada principalmente para resolver la problemática que actualmente se tiene en lo referente a la distribución de los espacios, donde se tomaran aspectos básicos de primera necesidad que se requiere en dichas salas. Se establecerá un diseño en donde se tomará las necesidades actuales que presentan las salas de los juicios orales, toda vez que dicho proyecto tiene como finalidad implementar un esquema o una infraestructura adecuándola a cada una de las partes que intervienen en dichas salas, así mismo uno de los principales fines es conocer directamente cuales son las necesidades en lo que refiere al espacio y plantear un adecuado diseño. Hablando detalladamente sobre los diferentes capítulos en que conforman el trabajo se puede decir que: en el primer capítulo se abordan los aspectos generales del tema, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional lo cual permite tener un panorama más amplio sobre los diversos aspectos que han intervenido en el tema. Por su parte en el segundo capítulo se aborda lo referente a los aspectos relacionado con los aspectos relacionado con los usuarios, estadísticas, etc. donde se logra entender sobre la particularidad que estos pueden tener y como por ello demandan espacios y condiciones diferentes. El tercer capítulo abarca, se aborda lo referente a los aspectos relacionado con lo físico geográfico, donde se da a conocer el clima, la temperatura, la precipitación pluvial, vientos dominantes, grafica solar y la macro y micro localización todo esto es sobre el sitio que es Morelia, Michoacán para conocer estos factores son muy importantes para la realización de un proyecto, para así ver qué tipo de material podemos utilizar en el proyecto, saber que lugares tendrán mejora ventilación e iluminación.
