Abstract

The current thesis presents an analysis and development in the new cemetery located in the Tenencia de Santiago Undameo, Morelia, Michoacán. Through the relocation and expansion of this locality that will be carried out in the neighboring town called El Escobal. Research, analysis, field visits and other information necessary for the elaboration of this project were carried out. This information was compiled in a series of chapters that help the classification of this information, having as first place the chapter 1 called: Problem statement that emphasizes the different determinants for the project such as background, problems, justification, objectives, scope and methodology. Chapter 2: historical background Basic concepts (definition of the subject), Historical background, Background of the subject: diachronic and synchronic review, Historical background of the site, Statistical analysis of the population to be served, Analysis of cultural habits of future users, Economic aspects related to the project, Conclusion. Chapter 3: environmental determinants, Location, Existing physical conditions (hydrography, orography, etc.), Climatology (temperature, rainfall, prevailing winds, sunshine, solar graphs), Vegetation and fauna. Chapter 4: analysis of projective and functional interface. Conceptual foundation (project philosophy). Formal exploration (organizational, geometric and expressive), urban integration (two- and three-dimensional), spatial qualities (scale, lighting and thermal comfort), locations, supports and skins. Chapter 5: planimetry, is the point where the whole preliminary design of the cemetery goes.

La actual tesis presenta un análisis y desarrollo en el nuevo panteón ubicado en la Tenencia de Santiago Undameo, Morelia, Michoacán. Mediante la reubicación y expansión de dicha localidad que será llevada a cabo en el pueblo aledaño a dicha tenencia llamado el Escobal. Llevando a cabo investigación, análisis, visitas de campo y demás información necesaria para la elaboración de este proyecto. Dicha información fue recopilada en una serie de capítulos que ayudan a la clasificación de dicha información teniendo como primer lugar el capítulo 1 llamado: Planteamiento del problema que da hincapié a las diferentes determinantes para el proyecto como lo es antecedentes, problemática, justificación, objetivos, alcances y metodología. Capítulo 2: antecedentes históricos Conceptos básicos (definición del tema), Antecedentes históricos, Antecedentes del tema: Revisión diacrónica y sincrónica, Antecedentes históricos del sitio, Análisis estadístico de la población a atender, Análisis de hábitos culturales de los futuros usuarios, Aspectos económicos relacionados con el proyecto, Conclusión aplicativa. El capítulo 3: determinantes donde dice medio ambientales, Localización, Afectaciones físicas existentes (hidrografía, orografía, etc.), Climatología (temperatura, precipitación pluvial, vientos dominantes, asoleamiento, gráficas solares), Vegetación y fauna. Capítulo 4: análisis de interfase proyectiva y funcional. Fundamentación conceptual (filosofía del proyecto). Exploración formal (organizativa, geométrica y expresiva), Integración urbana (bi y tridimensional), Cualidades espaciales (escala, lumínica y de confort térmico), Emplazamientos, soportes y pieles. capítulo 5: planimetría, es el punto donde van todo el anteproyecto del cementerio.
