The present work is about an architectural proposal for "Rehabilitation and Reuse of the Old Hermanos Flores Magón Market and the Sports Area in Sta. María de Guido Morelia Michoacán". Presented mainly to solve the problem of informal trade is and has been a complex situation both nationally and locally since it derives from a set of sociocultural, economic and political factors. The proposed design is based on the needs required by the users; likewise, the site in which the property is located is an area with a high commercial level at a local scale, due to the concentration of a conglomerate of micro-enterprises (Stratification of establishments, INEGI), which by rehabilitating this commercial area would potentiate economic competitiveness, projecting a boost to the local economy, which will be reflected in its quality of life. On the other hand, the research of the project is divided into different chapters, the first of which considers the general aspects, both at the national, state and municipal level, for which we can have different broader points of view on the various aspects that intervene in the subject. On the other hand, the second chapter tells us about the users, background of the place, as well as the strategies that make the project viable in which it is understood how they demand the spaces and the different conditions of these. The third chapter deals with the climatic determinants (physical - geographical) of the project in which the location, orientation, climate, sunshine, prevailing winds and etc. are known. All these will be important references for the improvement of the project in terms of materials, orientation, vegetation, lighting and ventilation. For its part, the fourth chapter gives an overview of the urban issues related to the project and its main validations for better conditions in addition to understanding the context and improvements that can be made.
El presente trabajo es sobre una propuesta arquitectónica de “Rehabilitación y Reutilización del Antiguo Mercado Hermanos Flores Magón y el Área Deportiva en Sta. María de Guido Morelia Michoacán”. Presenta principalmente para resolver la problemática del comercio informal es y ha sido una situación compleja tanto a nivel nacional como local puesto que se deriva de un conjunto de factores socioculturales, económicos y políticos. El diseño propuesto es en base a las necesidades requeridas por los usuarios así mismo el sitio en el cual se localiza el predio es una zona con un alto nivel comercial a una escala local, debido a que se concentra un conglomerado de micro empresas (Estratificación de los establecimientos, INEGI), lo que al rehabilitar esta zona comercial potencializaría la competitividad económica proyectando un impulso a la economía de la localidad, lo que se verá reflejado en su calidad de vida. Por otro lado, la investigación del proyecto se divide en diferentes capítulos el primero de ellos considera los aspectos generales, tanto nivel nacional, estatal y municipal por lo cual podemos tener diferentes puntos de vista más amplios sobre los diversos aspectos que intervienen en el tema. Por otra parte, el segundo capítulo nos habla acerca de los usuarios, antecedentes del lugar, así como las estrategias que hacen viable el proyecto en los cuales se comprende como estos demandan los espacios y las diferentes condiciones de estos. El tercer capítulo, aborda las determinantes climáticas (físico – geográficas) del proyecto en el que se conoce la ubicación, orientación, clima, asoleamiento, vientos dominantes y etc. Todos estos serán referentes importantes para el mejoramiento del proyecto tanto en materiales, orientación, vegetación, iluminación y ventilación.
