Abstract

In this thesis work we will observe a project that we solved based on a problem that we observed. When I had a problem, I asked myself a question: Can Architecture help me in this situation? The problem that I observe is that, at the beginning of a global health problem, the world stopped in all aspects, reaching a total closure. The forms of work, study, sport, religious, etc. They changed, then it was time to do the thesis to graduate. Derived from this, we begin by analyzing the problem in which we will find the derivations of the problem, finding a solution, justifying it in the best way, which derives the entire process of our work using a methodology in which we will have certain steps to follow such as: Study of the terrain, topography, flora, fauna, type of soil, orientation, sunlight and prevailing winds. That helps us to have a better orientation, of the building, type of foundation, that we have to use the floor heights of the same project. The historical part to know how these spaces arise and how they change over time. The regulations that we need to comply with, the architectural program as such does not show it in any regulation, but based on similar cases we reached a conclusion. The design begins having already marked all the previous parts, having defined the spaces, the orientation, the terrain, the norms, etc. Beginning with analysis diagrams of the relationship between spaces, zoning, area study, users, the geometry we need, etc. The planimetry begins to work together with the design part, making sketches, the volumes and making structural decisions.

En este trabajo de tesis observaremos un proyecto al cual resolvimos basándonos en una problemática que observamos. Al momento de tener un problema me hice una pregunta ¿la Arquitectura podrá ayudarme a esta situación? La problemática que observe es que, al inicio de un problema de salud mundial, el mundo se detuvo en todo el aspecto, llegando a un cierre total. Las formas de trabajo, estudio, deporte, religiosas, etc. Cambiaron, entonces llego el momento de realizar la tesis para titularme. Derivado de esto, comenzamos analizando la problemática en la cual encontraremos las derivaciones del problema, encontrando una solución, justificándola de la mejor manera, el cual deriva todo el proceso de nuestro trabajo usando una metodología en la cual tendremos ciertos pasos a seguir tales como: Estudio del terreno, topografía, flora, fauna, tipo de suelo, orientación, asoleamiento y vientos dominantes. Que nos ayuda a tener una mejor orientación, del edificio, tipo de cimentación, que tenemos que usar las alturas de piso del mismo proyecto. La parte histórica para saber el cómo surgen estos espacios y como se modifican a lo largo del tiempo. Las normativas que necesitamos cumplir, el programa arquitectónico como tal no lo muestran en ningún reglamento, pero basándonos en los casos análogos llegamos a una conclusión. El diseño se comienza teniendo ya marcados todos los partes anteriores, teniendo definido los espacios, la orientación, el terreno, las normas, etc. Comenzando con diagramas de análisis de relación de los espacios, zonificaciones, estudio de área, los usuarios, la geometría que necesitamos, etc. La planimetría se comienza a trabajar junto con la parte del diseño, hacer bocetos, los volúmenes y tomando decisiones estructurales.
