Abstract

This work contains the project of a Psychological Youth Support Center - For Anxiety, Depression and Violence in Morelia Michoacán. Which contains a previous investigation for the correct understanding of the thesis topic, within it we will find the current base problem in a social environment, and the justification for carrying out said problem, using demographic data at the municipal level. On the other hand, analogous cases are presented, which were the basis for the projection of areas in said project and understanding of the function of a social help center in the mental health environment. The geographical area where it is projected is presented, as well as its physical environment and its climatological effects. The basic regulations for the correct projection and proposal of areas are presented, as well as the understanding of flows within the same environment. Finally, within the research stage, mention is made of the functional and conceptual analysis of the project, where it punctually determines the designed adaptations of the building and the inspiration of the form and function. Within the annexes section you will find all the relevant projections for executive preparation.

El presente trabajo contiene el proyecto de un Centro de Apoyo Juvenil Psicológico – Para a la Ansiedad, Depresión y Violencia en Morelia Michoacán. El cual contiene una investigación previa para el correcto entendimiento del tema de tesis, dentro del encontraremos el problema base actual en un entorno social, y la justificación para realizar dicho problema, haciendo técnica de datos demográficos a nivel municipal. Por otro lado, se presentan casos análogos, los cuales fueron base para proyección de áreas en dicho proyecto y entendimiento de la función de un centro de ayuda social en entrono a la salud mental. Se presenta el área geográfica donde se proyecta, así como su entorno físico y sus afectaciones climatológicas. Se presenta la normativa base para la correcta proyección y propuesta de áreas, así como el entendimiento de flujos dentro del mismo entorno. Finalmente, dentro de la etapa de investigación se hace mención del análisis funcional y conceptual del proyecto, donde determina puntualmente las adecuaciones diseñadas del edificio y la inspiración de la forma y función. Dentro del apartado de anexos se encuentran todos los planos pertinentes para la elaboración ejecutiva.
