Promoviendo aprendizaje cooperativo en estudiantes de nivel medio

Abstract

This thesis presents two activities proposed to students in higher average level, characterized by have more than one possible solution for these problems. In these activities students were gathered in cooperative learning teams, with the intention of sharing points of view; proposing methods or paths to the solution and detecting inconsistencies in the ideas; likewise exhibit and argue the solution obtained. In this research, we want to know the change that occurs in the thinking of students when they are face to face to a mathematical problem at any school levels, where several solutions and various methods are possible to arrive to the correct response and solution the problem.

En esta tesis, se presenta el desarrollo de dos actividades planteadas a estudiantes de nivel medio superior, caracterizadas porque hay varios escenarios de solución para estos problemas. En estas actividades los estudiantes fueron reunidos en equipos promoviendo el aprendizaje cooperativo, con la intención de compartir puntos de vista, proponer métodos o caminos a la solución y detectar inconsistencias en las ideas propuestas; así mismo exponer y argumentar la solución obtenida. En esta investigación, se quiere conocer el cambio que se presenta en la forma de pensar de los estudiantes cuando se enfrentan a un problema matemático a nivel escolar, donde pueden tenerse varias soluciones y varios métodos para llegar a una solución correcta.
