La política como ciencia prudencial

Abstract

Politics, what do we understand for politics? Nowadays it is inevitable to speak of her, let us want it or not, the decisions that take in this field come to determine - in bigger or smaller grade-the form of coexistence among people that are part of a society. In some or info:eu-repo/semantics/other sectors it is recurrent the political topic in their diverse aspects: it is spoken of political economic, of political public, of political union, of political educational and this way, the topic leaves stumping until the point in that we end up speaking of politics without knowing, to certain science, that that this it is and the importance of its existence. A fact that is certain, and that more and more he/she goes in ascent, it is the rumor that the politics is not more than the space of the simulation and the deceit, of the confrontation and the selfishness of a class political disinterested of the demands of those governed. A lot he/she has also been claimed to the politics to be the space of the pure action for the action, without purpose apparent, without ethical principles to what to attach and which he/she should surrender bills. the politician's figure neither is exempt of such rumors, because, to be this actor the principle of the action, he/she is claimed of only acting in view of the personal benefit and that of its relatives. Therefore, for these and more reasons we have gone advancing in an ignorance of several aspects of the properly political one little by little and we will have stopped to a place where politically we are lost. Aware of all these questions, it seems, because that a study on the politics is justified perfectame4nte. My intention presently work consists on discovering what the politics is and what elements they are part of her, everything they to be about clarifying until that point all these signalizations are founded and which arises alone of the ignorance of the political such action which. In this work I sustain that the politics is, at the same time, a science and an art, science because it participates of a study object, it also has also an object specialized and bill with laws that I call of probable" "cause all the elements characteristic of a scientific discipline.

Política, ¿qué entendemos por política? Hoy en día es inevitable hablar de ella, querámoslo o no, las decisiones que en este campo se toman vienen a determinar- en mayor o menor grado-la forma de convivencia entre las personas que forman parte de una sociedad. En unos u otros sectores es recurrente el tema político en sus diversos aspectos: se habla de políticas económicas, de políticas públicas, de políticas sindicales, de políticas educativas y así, el tema se va difuminando hasta el punto en que llegamos a hablar de política sin conocer, a ciencia cierta, lo que esta sea y la importancia de su existencia. Un hecho que es cierto, y que cada vez más va en ascenso, es el rumor de que la política no es más que el espacio de la simulación y el engaño, de la confrontación y el egoísmo de una clase política desinteresada de las exigencias de los gobernados. Mucho se le ha reclamado también a la política por ser el espacio de la pura acción por la acción, sin finalidad aparente, sin principios éticos a qué apegarse y a los cuáles debería rendir cuentas. la figura del político tampoco queda exenta de tales rumores, pues, por ser este actor el principio de la acción, se le reclama de actuar sólo en vista del beneficio personal y el de sus allegados. Así pues, por estos y más motivos hemos ido poco a poco avanzando en un desconocimiento de varios aspectos de la propiamente político y hemos ido a parar a un lugar donde políticamente estamos perdidos. Consciente de todas estas cuestiones, parece, pues, que un estudio sobre la política queda perfectame4nte justificado. Mi intención en el presente trabajo consiste en averiguar qué es la política y qué elementos forman parte de ella, todo ellos para tratar de aclarar hasta qué punto todos estos señalamientos son fundados y cuáles surgen sólo del desconocimiento de la acción política tal cual. En este trabajo sostengo que la política es, a la vez, una ciencia y un arte, ciencia porque participa de un objeto de estudio, cuenta también con un objeto especializado y además cuenta con leyes que llamo de "causa probable" todos ellos elementos propios de una disciplina científica.
