Secretos de estado: perspectivas filosóficas en Platón y Maquiavelo

Abstract

State secrets will be the object of study; it is considered that this is an extremely important and complicated concept to locate in politics. This and its different functionalities through what other authors have proposed or if it is definitely necessary to redefine this concept for society and the time in which we live. This issue is also important because for a long time, it has been known that the power elites have secrets, for various reasons, such as their own interests, economic interests, and so on. There is no formula or specific reasons to keep secrets but these are presented spontaneously according to the political course that we live. Likewise, it will be examined that secrets have always persisted throughout history and this is due to what we colloquially call information is power, therefore all human beings from our simplest relationships, constantly refrain from saving information, it is a practice that we carry out daily, what this work proposes is to analyze these situations. Finally, in the last years of our society it has been important to regulate the flow of information that we reserve, as well as that which we exhibit, in this part is where the Right has made a great contribution since it has created the necessary institutions to regulate the flow of information although it is important to question the situation to determine what is the best solution.

Los Secretos de Estado serán el objeto de estudio, se considera que este es un concepto sumamente importante y complicado de ubicar en la política. Éste y sus diferentes funcionalidades a través de lo que otros autores han propuesto o si definitivamente hay que redefinir este concepto para la sociedad y el tiempo en que vivimos. Además, es importante este tema porque desde hace mucho, se ha sabido que las élites de poder que tienen secretos, por diversas razones, como intereses propios, económicos, etcétera. No existe una formula o motivos determinados para guardar secretos sino estos se van presentando espontáneamente según el curso político que vivimos. Asimismo, se examinará que los secretos siempre han persistido a lo largo de la historia y esto se debe a lo que coloquialmente llamamos la información es poder, por ello todos los seres humanos desde nuestras relaciones más simples, nos abstenemos constantemente a guardar información, es una práctica que diariamente realizamos, lo que propone el presente trabajo es analizar esas situaciones. Finalmente, en los últimos años de nuestra sociedad ha sido importante regular el flujo de información que reservamos, al igual que la que exhibimos, en esta parte es donde el Derecho a hecho gran aporte dado que ha creado las instituciones necesarias para regular el flujo de información, aunque es importante cuestionar la situación para determinar cuál es la mejor solución.
