Experiencia docente en CONAFE. Análisis y critica del modelo ABCD

Abstract

In the present, the explanation about the experience that I have had during the work that I carry out in CONAFE, after having graduated from the bachelor, brought development. Stating that CONAFE is a public institution that provides basic education to the places furthest from basic services. Explaining the way in which it works in the different educational levels that it has, the way in which it works is with five formative fields, which are structured by units (they are topics that have to be investigated in depth), by the tutor, in this case is the teacher and the apprentice is the student. The creation of CONAFE, the main purpose of its foundation, the figures that compose it so that the education of children is carried out, considering that the ABCD model (Learning Based on Collaboration and Dialogue) is currently being used. I compare Jean Piaget's theory with the pedagogical principles that are applied to the ABCD model, since these principles are not fulfilled by wanting to achieve meaningful learning with the student. Regarding the taking of a unit, the student is initially placed with the level of previous knowledge with which he has and with which he wishes to finish. But most of the time students are required more since the rubrics to evaluate them, mark levels that students do not meet their age and educational level. Since in most of the communities to which the educational service is provided, they do not have enough material to develop the topics and even because of the distance in which they are located, access to reach them is complicated.

En el presente trajo desarrollo la explicación sobre la experiencia que he tenido durante el trabajo que realice en CONAFE, después de haber egresado de la licenciatura. Exponiendo que CONAFE, es una institución pública que brinda educación básica a los lugares más alejados de los servicios básicos. Explicando la manera de cómo se trabaja en los distintos niveles educativos con los que cuenta, la manera en la que se trabaja es con cinco campos formaticos, los cuales se estructuran por unidades (son temas que tienen que ser investigados a profundidad), por el tutor, en este caso es el maestro y el aprendiz es el alumno. La creación de CONAFE, la principal finalidad de su fundación, las figuras que lo componen para que se lleve a cabo la educación a los niños, considerando que en la actualidad se trabaja el modelo ABCD (Aprendizaje Basado en la Colaboración y el Dialogo). Comparo la teoría de Jean Piaget, con los principios pedagógicos que se aplican al modelo ABCD, ya que dichos principios no se cumplen al querer lograr un aprendizaje significativo con el alumno. En cuanto a la toma de una unidad se ubica al alumno en un inicio el nivel de conocimientos previos con los que cuenta y con los que se desea terminar. Pero en la mayoría de ocasión se les exige más a los alumnos ya que las rubricas para evaluarlos, marcan niveles que los alumnos no cumplen con su edad y nivel educativo. Ya que en la mayoría de las comunidades a las que se les brinda el servicio educativo no cuentan con el material suficiente, para desarrollar los temas e incluso por la distancia en la que se ubican el acceso para llegar a ellas es complicado.
