This research marks the chapters for proper operation of a Center Canino Control, the chapters that govern the operation of the Center depend on the provisions of the Ministry of Health, and Official Standards issued by the Federal Government. The problem of Canine overpopulation is because there is no adequate and conscious control, represents a public health problem, besides being a source of infection that is increasing, which has led to the development of the project. Not be a real census in the city of Uruapan, Michoacán, it is speculated that may exist between sixty and one hundred thousand dogs, and of these the vast majority roams the streets with no sanitary control, constituting this a serious problem of public health, Hence the need to create a Canine Control Center. This Regulation shall be Public Order and Enforcement General, will regulate the operation of the Control Center Canino, correspond to the city of Uruapan, Michoacán application of this depending on the Ministry of Health in the state. This work aims to be a support material for Veterinary Medicine students and professionals interested in public health and to the appropriate authorities to include in their control programs for this population.
El presente trabajo de investigación marca los capítulos para un buen funcionamiento de un Centro de Control Canino, los capítulos que regirán la operación del Centro dependerá de las disposiciones de la Secretaria de Salud del Estado, y de las Normas Oficiales emitidas por el Gobierno Federal. La problemática de la sobrepoblación Canina es debido a que no existe un control adecuado y consciente, representa un problema de salud pública, además de ser un foco de infección que va en aumento, la cual nos ha llevado a la elaboración de dicho proyecto. Sin existir un censo real en la ciudad de Uruapan, Michoacán, se especula que pudieran existir entre sesenta y cien mil caninos, y de estos una gran mayoría deambula por las calles sin ningún control sanitario, constituyendo esto un serio problema de Salud Pública, De ahí la necesidad de crear un Centro de Control Canino. El presente Reglamento será de Orden Público y Observancia General, tendrá por objeto regular el funcionamiento del Centro de Control Canino, corresponderá al Ayuntamiento de Uruapan, Michoacán la aplicación de este dependiendo de la Secretaria de Salud en el Estado. Este trabajo pretende ser un material de apoyo para los alumnos de Medicina Veterinaria, así como profesionales interesados en la salud pública y a las autoridades correspondientes para incluir en sus programas el control de esta población.
