Proyecto de inversión para el establecimiento de una granja de conejos (Oryctolagus cuniculus) para carne en el municipio de La Piedad Michoacán

Abstract

Any person knows that, before investing, it is necessary to study and know the possibilities and advantages of the product that is intended to be produced and sold on similar ones; At the same time, you should plan on the production method best suited to your purposes, to make your investment profitable. Throughout the world, the demand for food and, above all, animal protein increases. It is urgent to produce food in the least space, as soon as possible, at the lowest cost and with the highest yield. An alternative would be rabbit breeding which can be done as a main or secondary activity, the important thing is that it will always be productive. Therefore, it is necessary to intensify its breeding. All this can be achieved by the veterinary zootechnician through the production of rabbit meat, considering that the latter is possessor of a white meat, rich in flavor and high protein value. In order to cooperate in satisfying the demand for animal protein and to promote the development and incorporation of new producers of rabbit meat. The objective of the work was to evaluate the profitability of the establishment of a rabbit meat production farm. To know the preference of the people towards said meat, the Market Study was carried out, which consisted in elaborating and applying surveys to restaurants, economic kitchens and direct consumers, where it was observed that there is an unmet demand for this meat due to the scarce supply that There is in the market. However, there is no continuous offer, but there is an interest to include rabbit meat in their diet. The farm will be located in the municipality of La Piedad Michoacán, the land is located at Km 3.4 of the federal highway La Piedad - Guadalajara.

Cualquier persona sabe que, antes de invertir, es necesario estudiar y conocer las posibilidades y ventajas que tiene el producto que se pretende producir y vender sobre otros semejantes; al mismo tiempo, debe planear sobre el método de producción más adecuado a sus propósitos, para lograr que su inversión sea rentable. En todo el mundo crece la demanda de alimentos y sobre todo de proteínas de origen animal. Es urgente producir alimentos en el menor espacio, a la mayor brevedad, al costo más bajo y con el mayor rendimiento. Una alternativa sería la cría de conejo la cual puede hacerse como actividad principal o secundaria, lo importante es que siempre será́ productivo. Por tanto, es necesario intensificar su cría. Todo esto lo puede conseguir el médico veterinario zootecnista a través de la producción de carne de conejo, considerando que este último es poseedor de una carne blanca, de rico sabor y de alto valor proteico. A fin de cooperar en satisfacer la demanda de proteína animal y de impulsar el desarrollo y la incorporación de nuevos productores de carne de conejo. El objetivo del trabajo consistió́ en evaluar la rentabilidad del establecimiento de una granja productora de carne de conejo. Para saber la preferencia de la gente hacia dicha carne se realizó el Estudio de Mercado el cual consistió́ en elaborar y aplicar encuestas a restaurantes, cocinas económicas y consumidores directos, donde se observó que existe una demanda insatisfecha de esta carne debido a la escasa oferta que hay en el mercado. Sin embargo, no existe una oferta continua, pero se manifiesta tener interés por incluir en su dieta la carne de conejo. La granja estará́ localizada en el municipio de La Piedad Michoacán, el terreno se encuentra ubicado en el Km. 3.4 de la carretera federal La Piedad – Guadalajara.
