Propuesta de alimentación con sargazo (Sargassummuticum) en búfalo de agua (Bubalus bubalis)

Abstract

In the present work, the proposal to nourish and feed the animal species, Bubalus Bubalis, water buffalo, using the marine vegetation as the main base of their diet Sargazo (sargassummuticum), complemented by Sargazo Kützing, Cortaderia, Shows information of the chemical composition proximal of the already mentioned plants, having with it, good level of alimentary conversion, covering totally the necessities that requires said animal species for its correct development, growth, denoting, as well the qualities that this species presents, in a general study of physiological characteristics, adaptability, general management, dairy and meat production, without leaving the aspects on the reproduction of the animal. In a real context the work is located to give it projection and use in tropical climates, where the presence of these exotic plants is plagued, resulting in significant environmental damages and impacts

En el presente trabajo, se aborda la propuesta de nutrir, alimentar, a la especie animal, Bubalus Bubalis, Búfalo de agua, empleando la vegetación marina como base principal de su dieta el Sargazo (sargassummuticum), complementando con Sargazo Kützing, Cortaderia, se muestra información de composición químico proximal de las ya mencionadas plantas, teniendo con ello, buenos indicies de conversión alimenticia, cubriendo totalmente las necesidades que requiere dicha especie animal para su correcto desarrollo, crecimiento, denotando, así las cualidades que presenta dicha especie, en un estudio general de características fisiológicas, adaptabilidad, manejo general, producción láctea y cárnica, sin dejar los aspectos sobre la reproducción del animal. En un contexto real el trabajo se ubica para darle proyección y uso en climas tropicales, donde de forma de plaga esta la presencia de estas plantas exóticas, arrojando como consecuencia deterioros e impactos ambientales importantes.
