Whey is the product with a high nutritional value that is obtained by the separation of the caseins by means of an addition of enzymes of animal or vegetable origin, as long as it is subjected to the elaboration of a byproduct of the milk mainly some kind of cheese. In this work we tried to make an investigation where it can be used by the livestock industry and thus to reduce a little the environmental contamination that occurs when this product is thrown in rivers or seas and provide to the community some derivative that can be elaborated with This product that can go from milk formulas to some moisturizing drink among other utilities that can be given to whey.
El suero de leche es el producto con un gran valor nutritivo que se obtiene mediante la separación de las caseínas por medio de una adición de enzimas ya sean de origen animal o vegetal, siempre y cuando se vaya a someter a la elaboración de algún subproducto de la leche principalmente algún tipo de queso. En este trabajo se trató de hacer una investigación en donde pueda ser utilizado por la industria pecuaria y así disminuir un poco la contaminación ambiental que se da cuando este producto es tirado en ríos o mares y proporcionar a la comunidad algún derivado que se pueda elaborar con este producto que puede ir desde fórmulas lácteas hasta alguna bebida hidratante entre otras utilidades que se le pueden dar al suero de leche.
