Los valores que el Estado Mexicano ha transmitido en la asignatura de Historia de México III

Abstract

Educational systems have always sought to be committed to ethical and moral values, whose function is not only to instruct or transmit knowledge, but have also considered integrating a language, traditions, attitudes, beliefs and ways of life; which should not take place outside of ethics and morality, thereby fostering a more civilized world that is critical and committed to the moral process. Within the teaching of history, in basic education; The reality is that over time certain values ​​have been transmitted such as: identity, nationalism, equality, freedom, just to mention a few, which have been decisive in the process of the student; nowadays it is requested that there be an education in values ​​and these can be approached from different disciplines. Risieri Frondizi mentions in his work What are values? that the concept of value in its philosophical sense began to be used at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, at that time the idea of ​​value was a driving idea of ​​pedagogical theory, however it was more of a foundation of pedagogy as a philosophical discipline than a task for the educator. The value category was highly abstract, foreign to politics and far from practice; For this reason, this first stage of the interest of pedagogy towards this concept (1900-1930) remained unsuccessful due to lack of clarity.

Los sistemas educativos siempre han buscado estar comprometidos con los valores éticos y morales, cuya función no sólo es instruir o transmitir conocimientos, sino que además han considerado integrar una lengua, tradiciones, actitudes, creencias y formas de vida; lo cual no debe transcurrir al margen de la ética y la moral, propiciando con ello, un mundo más civilizado que sea crítico y comprometido con el proceso moral. Dentro de la enseñanza de la historia, en la educación básica; la realidad es que en el transcurso del tiempo se han transmitido ciertos valores como: identidad, nacionalismo, igualdad, libertad sólo por mencionar algunos, que han sido determinantes en el proceso del educando; hoy en día se pide que exista una educación en los valores y estos puedan ser abordados desde diferentes disciplinas. Risieri Frondizi menciona en su obra ¿Qué son los valores? que el concepto valor en su sentido filosófico comenzó a utilizarse a finales del siglo XIX y principios del siglo XX, en ese tiempo la idea de valor fue una idea motriz de la teoría pedagógica, sin embargo se trataba más de un fundamento de la pedagogía como disciplina filosófica que de una tarea del educador. La categoría valor era altamente abstracto, ajena a la política y lejos de la práctica; por eso, esta primera etapa del interés de la pedagogía hacia dicho concepto (1900-1930) permaneció infructuosa por falta de claridad.
