We believe that the analysis of our study character is transcendent since the actions he undertook and the movements in which he participated are very important at this time and, even indirectly, are reflected today, an example is having a society more interested in political issues that directly concern them, such as electoral processes and thanks to people like engineer Castillo, a greater social awareness is being achieved and today it is no longer so easy for rulers to deceive the people and seek benefits only for you. The topics that are addressed in this research enjoy important significance in the construction of recent Mexico, in some cases due to its subsequent effects such as the student movement of 1968 where we can see a similar trend in terms of objectives to those proposed by the Movimiento de National Liberation, very important were also his actions and performance in the electoral process of 1988, which in turn contributed to the formation of the Party of the Democratic Revolution. We consider that the subject of study is important to have a focus on what happened in Mexico, mainly from the second half of the 20th century, where we analyze the activities, which in our opinion are more relevant, such as the different social movements and politicians to which he belonged who were focused on achieving improvements fighting in defense of national sovereignty. During the investigation, we analyzed his actions in the political-electoral field, as well as the political groups he founded.
Creemos que es trascendente el análisis de nuestro personaje de estudio ya que las acciones que emprendió y los movimientos en los que participó son muy importantes en este tiempo y aunque sea de manera indirecta se reflejan en la actualidad, un ejemplo es que se tenga una sociedad más interesada en los asuntos políticos que directamente los atañen, como lo son los procesos electorales y gracias a personas como el ingeniero Castillo se esta logrando conseguir una mayor conciencia social y en la actualidad ya no es tan sencillo para los gobernantes engañar al pueblo y buscar beneficios únicamente para su persona. Los temas que se abordan en esta investigación gozan de importante trascendencia en la construcción del México reciente, en algunos casos por sus efectos posteriores como el movimiento estudiantil de 1968 en donde podemos ver una tendencia similar en cuanto a objetivos a los planteados por el Movimiento de Liberación Nacional, muy importante también fueron sus acciones y desempeño en el proceso electoral de 1988, lo cual a su vez coadyuvó a que se formara el Partido de la Revolución Democrática. Consideramos que el tema de estudio es importante para tener un enfoque de lo acontecido en México principalmente a partir de la segunda mitad del siglo XX donde hacemos el análisis de las actividades, que en nuestra opinión son más relevantes como los son los distintos movimientos sociales y políticos a los que perteneció los cuales estuvieron enfocados en alcanzar mejoras luchando en defensa de la soberanía nacional. Durante la investigación analizamos sus acciones en el ámbito político-electoral, así como las agrupaciones políticas que fundó.
