Abstract

Elaborating a Documentary Catalog responds to the need to disseminate and support the information contained in the multiple archives of our Country and State, to rescue in a more fervent way the fact that these "distribution" documents are used for the legitimization of lands in disuse or even for monographic writings of each population that still has these books. Another reason that motivates this brief work is the fact that our country still does not lack the feasibility to protect and preserve the archives it has, the clear example are some municipal and institutional archives which are squandered in corridors and backyards like any waste; Thus, through these catalogs, the information will be digitized and this will further allow the conservation of the original documents, while complying with the provisions of the Law of Transparency and Access to Public Information of the State, promulgated in August 2002 and with what it dictates. the Law of Administrative and Historical Archives of the State of Michoacán. The initial reason for this investigation is to obtain the degree of BACHELOR IN HISTORY, which will be achieved through the study of the records of the distribution of indigenous lands as a result of the Law of January 18, 1827. Said material is kept in the General Archive and History of the Executive Power of Michoacán, belonging to the Fund: Secretary of Government; Section: Government; Series: Hijuelas, District of Morelia in book number 6, formed throughout the year 1883.

El elaborar un Catalogo Documental responde a la necesidad de difundir y respaldar la informacion que contienen los multiples archivos de nuestro País y Estado,rescatar de una manera mas ferviente el hecho de que se utilicen estos documentos de “reparto” para la legitimizacion de tierras en desuso o incluso para escritos monograficos de cada poblacion que aun cuente con estos libros.otro motivo que mueve este breve trabajo es el hecho que nuestro pais no carece aun con la factilidad para proteger y conservar los archivos con los que cuenta,el ejemplo claro son algunos archivos municipales e institucionales los cuales se encuentran despilfarrados en pasillos y traspatios como cualquier desecho; asi pues mediante estos catalogos se digitalizara la información y esto permitirá mas la conservación de los documentos originales cumpliendo a la vez con lo establecido en la Ley de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información Publica del Estado, promulgada en agosto del 2002 y con lo que dicta la Ley de Archivos Administrativos e Históricos del Estado de Michoacán. El motivo inicial de esta investigación es para obtener el grado de LICENCIADA EN HISTORIA el cual se conseguirá a travez del estudio delos expedientes del reparto de tierras indigenas a raíz de la Ley del 18 de enero de 1827. Dicho material se custodia en el Archivo General e Histórico del Poder Ejecutivo de Michoacán, perteneciendo al Fondo: Secretaría de Gobierno; Sección: Gobernación; Serie: Hijuelas, Distrito de Morelia en el libro numero 6, conformado a lo largo del año 1883.
