Abstract

To achieve the title as a Bachelor of History, this documentary catalog is held, which is made with material belonging to the Historical Archive of the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo, using documentation belonging to the Fund: UMSNH, from the Section: Rectory, Series: Assets Furniture and Real Estate corresponding to the years: 1918-1994, considering this option viable to obtain the professional title without leaving behind the importance that must be given to preserve the documentation as these are testimony of the activities carried out by man, which serve to report a fact using it as evidence or for consultation. And in the case of our material, they are testimony to the heritage of the university, both in real estate and furniture in the different departments that make it up. We know that each of them preserves a specific and unique value and importance by showing us inventory records of the departments or requests to occupy spaces and give them academic use. One motivation was through the subject of Archiving taught within our academic training in which we were taught the importance of the administration of archives, knowing its administrative process through which it allows us to achieve the organization of any documentation center. through archiving.

Para alcanzar el título como Licenciado en Historia se ostenta el presente catálogo documental que se realiza con material perteneciente al Archivo Histórico de la Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo, utilizando documentación perteneciente al Fondo: UMSNH, de la Sección: Rectoría, Serie: Bienes Muebles e Inmuebles correspondiente a los años: 1918-1994, al considerar viable esta opción para obtener el título profesional sin dejar atrás la importancia que se debe dar para conservar la documentación al ser estos testimonio de las actividades realizadas por el hombre, que sirven para dar noticia de un hecho utilizándolos como prueba o para su consulta. Y para el caso de nuestro material son testimonio del patrimonio de la universidad tanto en inmuebles como muebles de las distintas dependencias que la forman. Sabemos que cada uno de ellos preserva un valor y una importancia específica así como única al mostrarnos registros de inventarios propios de las dependencias o solicitudes para ocupar espacios y darles un uso académico. Una motivación fue a través de la materia de Archivonomía impartida dentro de nuestra formación académica en la cual se nos enseñó la importancia que tiene la administración de los archivos, conociendo su proceso administrativo por medio del cual nos permite lograr la organización de cualquier centro de documentación a través de la archivística.
