Situación actual del Colegio de Bachilleres del Estado de Michoacán

Abstract

The research entitled Current Situation of the College of Bachelors Michoacan state, was performed around this educational subsystem created September 13, 1983, during the administration of Ing. Cuauhtémoc Cárdenas Solórzano, Governor of the State of Michoacán, 1980-1986. By state legislative decree, was created as a public agency dedicated humanist sense to offer a general education high school graduates. This historical research is defined as exploratory-descriptive and is intended to measure or collect information on relevant aspects of the state high school as the number of schools, extensions, geographic location, sector coordination that integrate , license plate numbers , staffing teaching and administrative descriptive data that can offer an overview of the creation and evolution of the subsystem. Working thesis covering the period 1983-2013, where the evolution, growth and expansion of state high school in the state, currently standing as the top middle school level with the largest enrollment in Michoacán uptake addressed. Investigation of quantitative nature, which allows us to describe the origin and expansion of COBAEM, from the creation and location of the 94 schools that make up the school modality. Also, their legal, regulatory fundamentals, and curricula that took effect on 30 years of educational service were analyzed. Through the information collected, a comparative analysis of nine sectoral coordination in the structure currently COBAEM with reference to the growth in enrollment and teaching staff, statistical data were compared with the 2013-2 semester was performed.

La investigación titulada Situación Actual del Colegio de Bachilleres del Estado de Michoacán, se realizó en torno a este subsistema educativo creado el 13 de septiembre de 1983, durante la administración del Ing. Cuauhtémoc Cárdenas Solórzano, Gobernador Constitucional del Estado de Michoacán, 1980-1986. Por decreto legislativo estatal, se creó como un organismo público descentralizado con sentido humanista dedicado a ofrecer una formación general a los egresados de secundaria. Esta investigación histórica se define como exploratoria-descriptiva y tiene como propósito medir o recopilar información sobre aspectos relevantes del Colegio de Bachilleres: Número de centros escolares, extensiones, ubicación geográfica, coordinaciones sectoriales que lo integran, matrícula registrada, plantilla de personal docente y administrativo, datos descriptivos que permiten ofrecer un panorama general sobre la creación y evolución del subsistema. Trabajo de tesina que abarca el periodo de 1983 a 2013, en donde se aborda la evolución, crecimiento y expansión del Colegio de Bachilleres en la entidad, colocándose actualmente como la institución educativa de nivel medio superior con mayor presencia en captación de matrícula en Michoacán. Investigación de corte cuantitativo, que nos permite describir el origen y expansión del COBAEM, a partir de la creación y ubicación geográfica de los 94 centros educativos que integran la modalidad escolarizada. Asimismo, se analizaron sus fundamentos jurídicos, normativos, y planes de estudio que tuvieron vigencia en estos 30 años de servicio educativo. A través de la información compilada, se realizó un análisis comparativo de las nueve coordinaciones sectoriales en que se estructura actualmente el COBAEM, tomando como referencia el crecimiento en matrícula y plantilla docente, datos estadísticos que fueron contrastados con el semestre 2013-2.
