The Christian movement was a war process little approached by official historiography until a few years ago. This implied, among other things, that several aspects, such as the legal production of the rebels, remain in the shadows. The main objective of this work is light, the issue of the generation of law in the regions under Christian influence, but also the Constitution of the Cristeros (1928), or rather, the project. For the effect of the theoretical approach of this document, history is used fundamentally, starting from the New Spain era to the post-revolutionary Mexico, with a view to finding clues that allow a better understanding of the Cristera legal norms.
