Catálogo documental. Distrito judicial de Morelia, juzgado primero penal. 1900-1903.

Abstract

In the present work of cataloguing documentary presents a complex of judicial records of the district of Morelia for the years 1900 to 1903, giving follow-up to the work of description, conservation and dissemination carried out by the Historical Archive of the Judiciary that points of order and institutional guidelines work the district of Morelia and the criminal court of first instance. Judicial cases were analyzed in the matters described above, distinct those involved in the judicial complaint, homicide offenses; for example, injury, rape or abduction, etc, offended, defendants, defenders and judges that gave legitimacy to the case, a brief overview of what happened, the sentence given by the judge on duty and the laws used by the for the administration of justice, and if there are any extra faculty as a resource name how can be an act of marriage, are handled indexes with the descriptive information in order, in alphabetical order and by last name (plaintiff, defendant or defender) and year of production of the issues, images, descriptive and statistical information (graphic) for a viable quantitative and qualitative analysis Of the total number of events. For the consultant's knowledge presents the history of the Supreme Court of Justice and how this was to be apparatus necessary for the operation of the organ of justice of the State. En el presente trabajo de catalogación documental se expone un complejo de expedientes judiciales del distrito de Morelia correspondientes a los años 1900 a 1903, dando seguimiento al trabajo de descripción, conservación y difusión llevado por el Archivo Histórico del Poder Judicial que por cuestiones de orden y lineamientos institucionales tocó trabajar el distrito de Morelia y el juzgado primero penal. Se analizaron casos judiciales en la materia descrita anteriormente, desglosándose los involucrados en la querella judicial, delitos; por ejemplo homicidios, lesiones, violaciones o raptos, etc, ofendidos, demandados, defensores de estos últimos y jueces que dieron legalidad al caso, una reseña breve de lo acontecido, la sentencia dada por el juez en turno y las leyes empleadas por él para concretar la impartición de justicia y si existe alguna facultad extra como algún recurso apelativo como puede ser un acta de matrimonio, se manejan índices con la información descriptiva en orden, de forma alfabética y por apellidos, (demandante, demandado o defensor) y año de producción de los asuntos, imágenes descriptivas e información estadística (graficas) para un viable análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo del total de acontecimientos ocurridos. Para conocimiento del consultor se expone la historia del Supremo Tribunal de Justicia y como éste fue orientándose a ser aparato necesario para el funcionamiento del órgano de justicia del estado. Por tanto se expone en el catálogo el funcionamiento del Archivo Histórico del Poder Judicial, historia del Tribunal de Justicia, una reseña histórica de la época y el desglose de los casos judiciales.
