La Constitución de Michoacán de 1825, debate y configuración

Abstract

The present investigation shows the discussion, debate, armed and decisions of the first Constituent Congress in the elaboration of the Constitution of Michoacán of 1825, starting from the social and cultural scope of the country and the entity, the study of some is of vital importance. From the constitutional texts that preceded it from the Cádiz Charter to those elaborated during the course of the Independence´s War in order to know the sources that they used during the drafting of the local law. The subsequent development of the elements analyzed is also explained, this in order to know the real application of a legal text in a society that was constituted for the first time in itself, without the protection of a foreign agent

La presente investigación muestra la discusión, debate, armado y decisiones del primer Congreso Constituyente en la elaboración de la Constitución de Michoacán de 1825, partiendo desde el ámbito social y cultural del país y la entidad, es de vital importancia para ello el estudio de algunos de los textos constitucionales que le precedieron desde la Carta gaditana hasta los elaborados durante el transcurso de la Guerra de Independencia, para conocer las fuentes de las que echaron mano durante la redacción de la ley local. Se explica también el desarrollo posterior de los elementos analizados, esto con la finalidad de conocer la aplicación real de un texto jurídico en una sociedad que se constituía por primera vez en sí misma, sin el resguardo de una agente extranjero.
