Contenido y aplicación práctica del Boletín B-10 a la información financiera

Abstract

This thesis began by reminding the reader, which is financial information and should be presented as it is not objective of this thesis show structure or works as a financial statement, but if, as the restatement of the figures contained in them should be done therefore the review including Financial Reporting which happens to be the basis for the implementation of B-10. Inflation is a serious problem that afflicts our country and many Latin American countries especially those who are severely affected by it due to the economic instability that are, which is why the importance of addressing the issue of inflation in the early of this thesis, for the better understanding of readers, since it is the basis and foundation for which bulletin B-10 was created, and it worth reabundancia is as simple as that, if there were no inflation, there would be no Bulletin B-10. It is also important to publicize the early origins of the B-10, that is, we all have a story to tell, and here recount of some predecessors of Bulletin B-10, which at the time sought or attempted to show accurate results is financial information intended to update, such as the B-02, B-05 and B-07 that once applied seeking the desired results and not get it and over time they realized that they were not the most appropriate and that was how he came to the birth of the Bulletin for the restatement of financial statements, (B-10). Before any exercise exemplify practical, it must have bases Theoretical appropriate, why is summarized own important way content of Bulletin B-10, and the various adjustments made to this in the course of the years, and trying to better application and accurate outcome of this Bulletin.

En esta tesis se comenzara recordando al lector, lo que es la información Financiera y como deberá presentarse, no es objetivo de esta tesis mostrar cómo se estructura o labora un Estado Financiero, pero si, como debe realizarse la reexpresión de las cifras en ellos contenidas, por ello la reseña incluida sobre Información Financiera que resulta ser la base para la aplicación del B-10. La inflación es un problema grave que aqueja a nuestro país y a muchos países latinoamericanos sobre todo, quienes se ven seriamente afectados por ella debido a la inestabilidad económica en la que se encuentran, es por ello la importancia de tocar el tema de inflación en los inicios de esta tesis, para la mejor comprensión de los lectores, puesto que es la base y fundamento por el cual se creó el boletín B-10, ya que valga la reabundancia es tan simple como que, si no existiese inflación, no existiría el Boletín B-10. Es importante también dar a conocer los primeros orígenes del B-10, es decir, todos tenemos una historia que contar, y aquí se hace recuento de algunos antecesores del Boletín B-10, que en su momento buscaron o pretendieron mostrar resultados certeros de la información financiera que pretendían actualizar, como por ejemplo el B-02, B-05, y B-07 que en su momento se aplicaron buscando los resultados deseados y al no obtenerlo y con el paso del tiempo se dieron cuenta que no eran lo más apropiado y fue así como se llegó al nacimiento del Boletín para realizar la Reexpresión de Estados Financieros, (B-10). Antes de ejemplificar todo ejercicio práctico, se debe de contar con las bases teóricas adecuadas, por ello se resume de manera propia e importante el contenido del Boletín B-10, así como las diversas adecuaciones realizadas a este en el transcurso de los años, y pretendiendo una mejor aplicación y un certero resultado de dicho Boletín.
