Calls entities are those that make the parastatal sector, also known as public companies, as they are created to meet social functions, as well as to promote and exercise control over certain economic activities, because of low profitability, the private sector does not easily invest in them. As we see, the parastatal companies are an important instrument through which the government conducts most of its functions. Being useful for this, to know what these agencies, who are required to perform audits, under which instruments, and above all, to our knowledge the regulations and legal bases that are required to observe good performance.
