Es por eso que en el presente trabajo se estudia de manera clara como se determinan las retenciones mensuales y el cálculo anual de conformidad con la Ley del Impuesto Sobre la Renta. La determinación de la indemnización por la terminación de una relación laboral, ya sea por causa justificada, injustificada o renuncia voluntaria. Así mismo se tocaran los conceptos básicos tanto legales como fiscales que intervienen en una relación laboral.
