The publication Bohemia. Revista Semanal Ilustrada (1910-1915), was directed by the owner Miguel Ángel Quevedo Pérez, this was funded by the economic, political and cultural elites of Cuba during the first Republic (1902-1959). Intellectual and artistic networks were formed that allowed to generate a significant public opinion from La Havana. Nationalist symbols and ideas of Caribbean and Latin American writers were promoted. The original idea of this investigation is to carry out a study of Bohemia, from the first issue that went on the market in 1910 until 1915, during this period the magazine began with the subtitle of Illustrated Weekly Magazine.
La publicación Bohemia. Revista Semanal Ilustrada (1910- 1915) fue dirigida por el propietario Miguel Ángel Quevedo Pérez, esta fue auspiciada por las élites económicas, políticas y culturales de Cuba durante la primera República (1902- 1959). Se conformaron redes intelectuales y artísticas que permitieron generar una significativa opinión pública desde La Habana. Se promovieron símbolos nacionalistas e ideas de escritores caribeños y latinoamericanos. La idea original de esta investigación es realizar un estudio de Bohemia, desde el primer número que salió al mercado en 1910 hasta 1915, en este periodo dio inició la revista con el subtítulo de Revista Semanal Ilustrada.
