Patrimonio cultural inmaterial de Michoacán: la pirekua y la cocina tradicional, 2003- 2010

Abstract

The history of the present time is a gap that we must be seeing at all times, this research takes the course of this need and seeks to deepen the study of the Intangible Cultural Heritage from a historical point of view, because its history is pending in Mexico. What the reader has in hand, is a research work, of documentary recollection and of a coming and going continued among the p’urhépecha communities, since it is the history of the patrimonialization of the immaterial culture in Michoacán, its social response and its presence before international eyes. Consequently, this work shows in a way the reconstruction of this history, the individualization of the actors involved and the social political processes that they faced.

La historia del tiempo presente es una brecha que debemos estar viendo en todo momento, la presente investigación toma el rumbo de esta necesidad y busca profundizar en el estudio del Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial desde un punto de vista histórico, pues su historia se encuentra pendiente en México. Lo que el lector tiene entre manos, es un trabajo de investigación, de recolección documental y de un ir y venir continuo entre las comunidades p’urhépecha, pues es la historia de la patrimonialización de la cultura inmaterial en Michoacán, su respuesta social y su presencia ante los ojos internacionales. En consecuencia, esta obra muestra en cierto modo la reconstrucción de esta historia, la individualización de los actores involucrados y los procesos políticos y sociales a los que se enfrentaron.
