Through motivation it is possible to improve work performance and that is the basis of a good performance, it is important to emphasize that not all human beings are the same or have the same needs, hence the importance of implementing the appropriate incentives for the personal realization of the individual and the same organization. A good motivation of the staff should not only be satisfactory for the individual but also must meet the organizational needs, the greater part of the personal passes great part of his life at work which should be comfortable, welcoming where people wish to spend time and that time is really satisfying and do not try to run away. The present work shows that applying efficient incentives can achieve a better job performance, which allows the company to perform better in achieving its objectives.
Mediante la motivación es posible mejorar el rendimiento laboral ya que este es la base de un buen desempeño, es importante destacar que no todos los seres humanos somos iguales o tenemos las mismas necesidades, de ahí la importancia de implementar los incentivos adecuados para la realización personal del individuo y de la misma organización. Una buena motivación del personal no solo debe ser satisfactoria para el individuo sino que también esta debe satisfacer las necesidades organizacionales, la mayor parte del personal pasa gran parte de su vida en el trabajo el cual debe ser cómodo, acogedor donde las personas deseen pasar tiempo y ese tiempo estén realmente satisfechos y no traten de huir. El presente trabajo pretende mostrar que aplicando incentivos eficientes podremos obtener un mejor desempeño laboral, lo cual permite a la empresa un mejor desempeño en el logro de sus objetivos.
