The issues discussed in this research are intended to raise awareness of the importance of job analysis for the operation and scope of organizational objectives, highlighting the importance of having the necessary elements for its development. It shows how man throughout history has had to measure and substantiate the work when organizations have become productive entities. Similarly, the job analysis as part of the process of human resources is recognized. Job analysis is a fundamental tool in the process of human resources, through which it is obtained, it analyzes and records information of a post; It responds to an urgent need for the organization to get the job effectively. The efficiency and effectiveness of job analysis depends on being designed, adapting to the needs of the organization and part of the strategic planning. Finally, the conclusions that were reached in this work including the limitations at any given time hindered the process as planned and some suggestions that may come to facilitate the procedure in research on the subject are set.
Los temas que se exponen en la presente investigación tienen la finalidad de dar a conocer la importancia del análisis de puestos para el funcionamiento y alcance de objetivos de la organización, resaltando la relevancia de contar con los elementos necesarios para su desarrollo. Se muestra como el hombre a lo largo de la historia ha tenido que medir y fundamentar el trabajo cuando las organizaciones se han transformado en entes productivas. De igual manera se reconoce el análisis de puestos como parte fundamental del proceso de recursos humanos. El análisis de puestos es una herramienta fundamental en el proceso de recursos humanos, por medio del cual se obtiene, analiza y registra información de un puesto; responde a una urgente necesidad de la organización para obtener eficazmente los trabajos. La eficiencia y eficacia del análisis de puestos depende de que sea diseñado, adecuándose a las necesidades de la organización y formando parte de la planeación estratégica. Por último, se enuncian las conclusiones a las que se llegaron en este trabajo incluyendo las limitaciones que en un momento dado entorpecieron el proceso como estaba planeado y algunas sugerencias que pudieran llegar a facilitar el procedimiento en investigaciones acerca del tema.
