Medios de defensa fiscal. Recurso de revocación para una persona física

Abstract

The following research is done in a theoretical way because the information was obtained through textbooks, the technique used for gathering all the information was through worksheets and electronic media. The theme I selected for the preparation of my thesis is MEANS OF FISCAL DEFENSE. RESOURCES FOR REVOCATION an individual, and then mention the goals that I seek and the importance, timeliness and justification of this work in addition to the structure. Meet the requirement of making the thesis as marking the University to get my degree. Gain knowledge about the means of defense for options available to the taxpayer to defend themselves before the authorities. Develop my skills in the search for information, and to know that I am able to analyze and understand texts containing books, skills that will be useful in working life. The defenses are important as they provide taxpayers the tools necessary for his defense before the administrative acts, resolutions and other actions carried out by the authority within its powers, provided that they have been made contrary to as the law marks. This part of the tax and administrative law is a current topic that taxpayer is constantly applied to wrongful acts of authority, serving 85 to it as a way to check and control the way in which its functions are performed.

El siguiente trabajo de investigación se encuentra realizado en una manera teórica debido a que la información fue obtenida por medio de los libros de texto, la técnica utilizada para la recopilación de toda la información fue por medio de fichas de trabajo y medios electrónicos. El tema que seleccioné para la elaboración de mi tesina es MEDIOS DE DEFENSA FISCAL. RECURSOS DE REVOCACIÓN PARA UNA PERSONA FISICA, y a continuación mencionaré los objetivos que busco así como la importancia, actualidad y justificación de este trabajo además de la estructura del mismo. Cumplir con el requisito de realizar la tesina tal como lo marca la Universidad, para poder obtener mi titulación. Obtener conocimientos acerca de los medios de defensa para conocer las opciones con que cuenta el contribuyente para defenderse ante las autoridades. Desarrollar mis habilidades en la búsqueda de información, además de poder saber que soy capaz de analizar y comprender los textos que contienen los libros, habilidades que me serán útiles en la vida laboral. Los medios de defensa son importantes ya que les brindan a los contribuyentes las herramientas necesarias para su defensa ante los actos administrativos, resoluciones y demás actos que lleve a cabo la autoridad dentro de sus facultades, siempre y cuando estos se hayan realizado de forma contraria a como la ley marca. Esta parte del derecho tributario y administrativo es un tema actual que se aplica constantemente por los contribuyentes ante actos ilícitos de la autoridad, sirviéndole 85 a la misma como una forma de revisar y controlar la manera en que son desempeñadas sus funciones.
