Abstract

Times change and we must learn new things, explore more of what we must update ourselves in the professional areas of competence, or see the practitioner be completed a degree does not mean the work of student been fulfilled, unlike the work and professional ethics leads to the daily research of knowledge, prepare for the future and implement new tools. Today companies require highly trained staff, which requires high knowledge, to bring the good functioning of the company, but in the accounting area, meet and keep up with the constant changes in tax laws, and over every atom, to make their own decisions that companies make are unique, have productive benefits in the future and leader in the highly competitive market. Speaking of natural persons, legal persons or any activity economy for profit or nonprofit, not only the benefit is set for success, but also the staff that makes is very important, give direct benefits and that rightfully correspond according to the laws at the time of employment. The employer is obliged to give all the rights that corresponds to the worker, one of the most important rights under the law, is that of social security. The present work is to explore the benefits that the workers making in companies, whether as the obligations of employers when getting the services of a worker. The main idea was carried out with the objective of having a comprehensive understanding of the expectations of the companies engaged in the construction process with the Mexican Social Security Institute.

Los tiempos cambian y hay que conocer nuevas cosas, estudiar más de lo que debemos, actualizarnos en las áreas profesionales que nos compete, el ser profesionista o a ver cursado una licenciatura no significa que el labor de estudiante ha quedado cumplido, al contrario el labor y ética profesional nos lleva a la investigación diaria del conocimiento, prepararnos para el futuro e implementar nuevas herramientas. En la actualidad las empresas requieren personal altamente capacitado, lo cual requiere alto conocimiento, para llevar el buen funcionamiento de la empresa, más en la área contable, conocer y estar al día de los cambios constantes de las leyes fiscales, y sobre todo ser átomo, poder tomar decisiones propias que haga que las empresas sean únicas, tener beneficios productivos en un futuro y líder en el mercado de alta competencia. Al hablar de personas físicas, personas morales o cualquier actividad economía con fines lucrativos o no lucrativos, no solo se fija el beneficio para obtener buenos resultados, sino también el personal que elabora tiene una gran importancia, darle beneficios directos y que por derecho le corresponden según las leyes en el momento de la relación laboral. El patrón tendrá la obligación de darle todos los derechos que le corresponda al trabajador, uno de los derechos más importantes que establece la ley, es el de seguridad social. El presente trabajo es para conocer los beneficios que tienen los trabajadores que elaboran en las empresas, así como las obligaciones que tienen los patrones al momento de obtener los servicios de un trabajador. La idea principal se realizó con el objetivo de tener un conocimiento global sobre las expectativas de las empresas que se dedican a la construcción en materia con el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social.
