This research aims to develop the proposal to increase the efficiency and effectiveness in the data center will benefit the users of the College of Science and Technological Studies of the State of Michoacán Campus Churumuco 06. There are four different perspectives which focus on my diagnosis. The first involves the hardware and tries to explain the causes or problems that are caused by hardware. The second is the software that also part of the essential element of the computer center and also the human resource that is considered the third perspective and as the last and fourth is the infrastructure key variables for the diagnosis and study of this research. The computer center is the important part of CECYTEM 06 Churumuco, that there are carried out activities for youth education. It is enough to mention it's a computer center equipped with various computer equipment such as computers, printer, scanner etc., the computer center uses Internet technology and to provide a viable education for users. The importance of this study and the development of this work is due to the rush to get the quality of the services offered by the computer center, which is why issues were handled and gaps and solutions of the variables mentioned earlier, for and diagnosing the results raise the solution through a plan with the proposals.
En esta investigación se pretende desarrollar la propuesta de un plan para aumentar la eficiencia y eficacia en el centro de cómputo para beneficio de los usuarios del Colegio de Estudios Científicos y Tecnológico del Estado de Michoacán Plantel 06 Churumuco. Existen cuatro perspectivas distintas en las cuales centraré mi diagnóstico. La primera involucra al hardware y trata de explicar, las causas o problemas que son ocasionados por el hardware. La segunda es el software que también parte del elemento esencial del centro de cómputo y además el recurso humano que es considerado la tercera perspectiva y como la última y cuarta es la infraestructura variables clave para el diagnóstico y el estudio de esta investigación. El centro de cómputo es la parte importante del CECYTEM 06 Churumuco, que ahí se llevan a cabo actividades para la educación de jóvenes. Es suficiente mencionar que es un centro de cómputo equipado con varios equipos de cómputo como computadoras, impresora, scanner etc., El centro de cómputo hace uso de la tecnología y del internet proporcionando una educación viable para los usuarios. La importancia de este estudio como el desarrollo de este trabajo se debe a la premura por conseguir la calidad de los servicios que ofrece el centro de cómputo, es por eso que se manejaron temas como las deficiencias y soluciones de las variables ya mencionadas anteriormente, para así diagnosticar el resultado planteando la solución a través de un plan con las propuestas.
