Registro patronal de una persona física y sus movimientos afiliatorios ante el IMSS

Abstract

The Mexican Social Security Institute aims to protect workers and their families against the various situations they face and risks them may be exposed. With this work I want to make known what is the process that has to continue to record the pattern in the Mexican Social Security Institute, as well as to search in the direction of sub-delegation or administrative unit to which should be directed to the process, also report that documents requested by the Institute, where medium can calculate and present their worker-employer contributions, the time for submission, the obligations derived from the employment relationship with its employees and the annual determination of the risk premium work. I mention the required documentation to register the worker in the Mexican Social Security Institute, which are the afiliatorios movement of workers, such as getting your social security number, tax forms also show the afiliatorios movements that are delivered to the Institute, when They must submit, how to calculate the integrated wage changes and also how the notice of the amendment of wage through SEDI, absences and the notice of the low worker through SEDI is sent daily wage. To understand all the steps taken show documentation that the Mexican Social Security Institute gives the employer, and the afiliatorios movement of workers delivered to the Institute, also I mention the information in the documentation that the employer has to check the authenticity of these to register with the Social Security.

El Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social tiene por finalidad proteger al trabajador y a su familia contra las diversas situaciones que enfrentan y a riesgos en los que pueden estar expuestos. Con este trabajo quiero dar a conocer cuál es el proceso que se tiene que seguir para registrar al Patrón en el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social, así como en donde buscar la dirección de la subdelegación o unidad administrativa a la cual se debe dirigir para hacer el trámite, también informar que documentación solicita el Instituto, en que medio puede calcular y presentar sus cuotas obrero-patronales, el tiempo para presentarlos, las obligaciones obtenidas por la relación laboral con sus trabajadores y la determinación anual de la prima de riesgo de trabajo. Menciono la documentación solicitada para inscribir al trabajador en el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social, cuales son los movimientos afiliatorios de los trabajadores, como obtener su número de seguridad social, también muestro los formularios fiscales de los movimientos afiliatorios que se entregan al Instituto, cuando se tienen que presentar, cómo calcular el salario diario integrado para las modificaciones salariales y también cómo se envía el aviso de la modificación del salario a través de IDSE, las inasistencias y el aviso de la baja del trabajador a través de IDSE. Para entender todos los trámites realizados muestro la documentación que el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social le entrega al patrón, así como los movimientos afiliatorios de los trabajadores entregados al Instituto, también menciono la información de la documentación que el patrón presenta para comprobar la autenticidad de estos al registrarse en el Seguro Social.
