En el presente trabajo se hará referencia al tema del Fideicomiso, tomando en cuenta una visión actual de las condiciones de mercado y las necesidades de los comerciantes; algunos antecedente que de esta figura se desprenden, los cuales nos harán comprender un poco los inicios y características de éste; instituciones que lo operan y lo legalizan tomando en cuenta los trámites que se realizan para llevarlo a cabo, enfocado a desglosar los derechos y obligaciones de cada una de las partes que intervienen en esta operación y finalmente analizaremos lo referente a algunos de los fideicomisos que un comerciante puede realizar y sus beneficios, los cuales se darán atendiendo las necesidades de cada persona y sin lugar a dudas, hoy en día podemos decir que dos de esas necesidades latentes que tiene aquella persona que se dedica al comercio, es cubrir la adecuada administración y seguridad de sus bienes, para con esto lograr el incremento de sus rendimientos, es por ello que uno de los recursos a los que puede recurrir el comerciante, es a la realización de operaciones a través de un contrato de fideicomiso, sin duda una figura jurídica que posee grandes cualidades y beneficios para tal fin.
