Terminal San Pedro y su tratamiento fiscal

Abstract

As elsewhere in the world, transportation is in Latin America and has been central to the progress or backwardness of the different civilizations and cultures from years ago man has had the need to transport themselves from one place to another and so has used several Transportation from animals, train, boat, bicycles, etc. but without doubt the car has been the most widely used in this way is how the public urban and suburban transport arises, ie, the transport moves to people within the city and surrounding towns, thus is as it arises the need for bus terminals in cities for all types of people can have access to a place in which to address their transport to the various locations across the country. Because of its importance, the trucking industry is of great interest not only in economic terms but also in fiscal terms, as it has traditionally enjoyed preferential tax treatment similar to that accorded to protected sectors such as agriculture. The preferential tax treatment for the trucking industry, whose origin dates back to 1990 with the creation of the Simplified to the Income Tax Regime, created with the aim of facilitating the payment of contributions, and increase the tax base by promoting easier compliance with tax obligations. Como en todo el mundo, el transporte es y ha sido en Latinoamérica un elemento central para el progreso o el atraso de las distintas civilizaciones y culturas Desde años atrás el hombre ha tenido la necesidad de trasportarse de un lugar a otro y así ha utilizado varios medios de transporte, desde animales, tren, barco, bicicletas, entre otros pero sin lugar a dudas el automóvil ha sido el medio más utilizado, de esta forma es cómo surge el transporte público urbano y suburbano, es decir, el transporte que traslada a las personas dentro de la ciudad y a las poblaciones aledañas, de esta forma es cómo surge la necesidad de establecer las terminales de autobuses en las ciudades para que todo tipo de personas puedan tener acceso a un lugar en el cual puedan abordar su transporte para las diversas localidades de todo el país. Por su importancia, el sector autotransporte resulta de gran interés no solamente en términos económicos, sino también en términos fiscales, ya que ha gozado tradicionalmente de un tratamiento fiscal preferencial similar al otorgado a sectores de actividad protegidos como es el sector agropecuario. El tratamiento fiscal preferencial para el sector autotransporte, cuyo origen data de 1990 con la creación del Régimen Simplificado para el Impuesto Sobre la Renta, surge con el objetivo de facilitar el pago de las contribuciones, e incrementar la base de contribuyentes al promover el más fácil cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales. Es por ello que se explicara cómo es que tributan las terminales de autobuses en el régimen simplificado.
