In this work the theme of civil associations is discussed, in particular the case Entrepreneurial Development of Michoacán AC, this looking to strengthen it, as non-profit, organizations lack a good tax planning and tend to disappear, so in this work the theme of it is "Financial Strategies and prosecutors as a Civil Association grantee case Michoacán Business Development AC" It really is interesting to identify the operation of a nonprofit organization since its work is carried out by philanthropic and catering to a need identified by the company, but not run by the government and that is why it is intended to find the guideline necessary to enable the associations to benefit your finances and can fulfill its purpose for which they were created. In this paper we will build on applying a quantitative method that leads us to pinpoint what we are proposing in our hypothesis and outcome to the Civil Association who served as a specific case and can be triggered in many more in order to increase survival thereof.
En este trabajo se abordara el tema de las asociaciones civiles, en particular la del caso Desarrollo Empresarial de Michoacán A.C., esto buscando fortalecerla, dado que las Organizaciones no lucrativas, carecen de una buena planeación fiscal y tienden a desaparecer, por ello en este trabajo el tema de la misma es “Estrategias Financieras y Fiscales de una Asociación Civil como donataria, caso Desarrollo Empresarial de Michoacán A.C.” Realmente es interesante identificar el funcionamiento de una Organización No Lucrativa puesto que su trabajo lo llevan a cabo mediante acciones de filantropía y que atienden a una necesidad identificada por la sociedad, pero no atendida por el gobierno y es por ello que se pretende encontrar los lineamiento necesarios para que las asociaciones puedan beneficiarse en sus finanzas y puedan cumplir su objeto social para lo cual fueron creadas. En este trabajo nos basaremos en aplicar un método cuantitativo que nos lleve a determinar con precisión lo que estamos planteando en nuestra hipótesis y que de resultado a la Asociación Civil que sirvió como caso específico y que pueda ser detonante de muchas más para poder aumentar la subsistencia de las mismas.
