However, recently and for development purposes, institutions from around the world have accepted subdivided into three layers instead of two, that is, that the new concept includes micro, the small and medium SMEs have existed since ancient times first emerged when man became sedentary and more than 10,000 years ago and over time has become a very important source in the economy of the countries because they contribute significantly to the generation of employment and the achievement of individual and collective goals inside and outside the organization. Many small and medium businesses are in trouble every year in our country.
