The motivation now is key to an educational organization has a good standard of education for its students and we need teachers who teach in these institutions have a pleasant working environment that makes more productive and efficient your work. The present research is about the motivational factors that motivate teachers to work at the College of Bachelors Squad Cheran Michoacán, starting with the importance that teachers always show a positive attitude towards the students, doing their job with effort and interest and in the opposite case to know the factors that show the negative attitude and dissatisfaction with their work. In order to prove whether it is the economic factor that motivates most teachers to work in this institution, but also to identify the factors involved in this motivation. It should be noted that the present investigation may become motivated to implement new programs and incentives potentializing the positive attitude of teachers and achieve a benefit that will be reflected in student learning. Through a collection of information through interviews, questionnaires and observation, I will resolve it and I will know what the factors that motivate teachers in the School of Bachelors Squad Cheran Michoacán are, to work in this institution. The administrator of the century, is a major challenge seeking a motivated worker who feels pride, excitement and fun in their efforts to achieve more flexible and creative behaviors, so teachers are able to meet the specific needs of a demanding highly competitive market.
La motivación en la actualidad es clave, para que una organización educativa tenga un buen nivel de enseñanza para sus estudiantes y es necesario que los docentes, que enseñan en estas instituciones cuenten con un ambiente laboral agradable que haga, más productivo y eficiente su trabajo. El presente trabajo de investigación, es sobre los factores motivacionales que motivan a los docentes a trabajar en el Colegio de Bachilleres Plantel Chéran Michoacán, partiendo de la importancia que el docente muestre siempre una actitud positiva hacia los alumnos, realizando su trabajo con esfuerzo e interés y en el caso contrario conocer los factores que muestran la actitud negativa y el descontento por su trabajo. Con el propósito de demostrar si es el factor económico que motiva a la mayoría de los docentes a trabajar en esta institución, pero asimismo identificar los factores que participan en esta motivación. Cabe señalar que con la presente investigación se pueden llegar a implementar nuevos programas de motivación así como incentivos que potencialicen la actitud positiva de los docentes y lograr con ello un beneficio que se verá reflejado en el aprendizaje de los alumnos. A través de una recopilación de información con entrevistas, cuestionarios y observación, resolveré y conoceré cuales son los factores que motivan a los docentes del Colegio de Bachilleres Plantel Cherán Michoacán, a laborar en esta institución. El administrador del siglo XXI, tiene un desafío importante el buscar un trabajador motivado, que sienta orgullo, entusiasmo y diversión en su labor, para lograr comportamientos más flexibles y creativos, para que el personal docente sea capaz de satisfacer las necesidades específicas de un exigente mercado altamente competitivo.
