This work focuses on the monthly payments of individuals with business activities. The objectives of the importance of submitting payments to the Treasury and justify why you have to calculate or make those monthly payments will be fixed. Chapter I deals with the obligations of individuals, of these interim payments from federal and state taxes. In Chapter II, individuals should consider their income taxed to pay their taxes. In Chapter III, individuals should consider their authorized for payment of tax deductions. Chapter IV deals with the different types of payment to be met by taxpayers. Chapter V, focuses on ways to make interim payments, the different types of taxes to be submitted by taxpayers. In Chapter VI, interim payments is paid out of time, should be updated and also apply a surcharge for the payment was submitted after the deadline. Chapter VII focuses on information returns (DIOT and listing IETU) to which individuals are required to report on their operations performed. And Chapter VIII deals with the elements of the tax. It will determine how and when to present the interim payments, either through bank counter, authorized offices or online. And finally a case of monthly payments of a taxpayer's business activity intermediate regime (ISR, IETU and VAT) is carried out.
Este trabajo se enfoca a los pagos provisionales mensuales de las personas físicas con actividades empresariales. Se fijaran los objetivos de la importancia que tienen la presentación de los pagos ante el FISCO y se justificara el por qué hay que calcular o hacer dichos pagos provisionales mensuales. En el capítulo I trata de las obligaciones de las personas físicas, de los presentes pagos provisionales, de los impuestos federales y estatales. En el capítulo II, las personas físicas deben considerar sus ingresos gravados para el pago de sus impuestos. En el capítulo III, las personas físicas deben considerar sus deducciones autorizadas para el pago de sus impuestos. El capítulo IV, trata de los diferentes tipos de pago a cumplir por los contribuyentes. El capítulo V, se enfoca a las formas de realizar los pagos provisionales, de los diferentes tipos de los impuestos a presentar por los contribuyentes. En el capítulo VI, trata de los pagos provisionales que se pagan fuera del plazo, deben de ser actualizados y además aplicar un recargo correspondiente al pago que se presentó fuera del plazo establecido. El capítulo VII, enfoca a las declaraciones informativas (DIOT y el listado de IETU) a las que las personas físicas están obligadas a informar por sus operaciones que realiza. Y el capítulo VIII, trata de los elementos de los impuestos. Se determinara cómo y cuándo hay que presentar los pagos provisionales, ya sea a través de ventanilla bancaria, oficinas autorizadas o por internet. Y por último se realizara un caso práctico de los pagos provisionales mensuales de un contribuyente con actividad empresarial del régimen intermedio (ISR, IETU E IVA).
