This research aimed to diagnose and analyze the working environment of the company: Operating Atzimba Tourism Management, SA DE CV, proposing recommendations to help improve the perception that employees of this organization have on the work environment that prevails in their work area. An interview was conducted in the form of questionnaire as it is one of the techniques of gathering first-hand information and the results are that the company Atzimba Tourism Business Operator, SA DE CV, driving a satisfactory organizational climate.
Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo diagnosticar y analizar el clima laboral de la empresa: Operadora de Empresas Turísticas Atzimba, S.A. DE C.V., proponiendo recomendaciones que contribuyan a mejorar la percepción que los empleados de esta organización tienen sobre el clima laboral que prevalece en sus áreas de trabajo. Se realizó una entrevista en forma de cuestionario ya que es una de las técnicas de recopilación de información de primera mano y los resultados obtenidos son que la empresa: Operadora de Empresas Turísticas Atzimba, S.A. DE C.V., maneja un clima organizacional satisfactorio.
