This manual, born as proposed by the knowledge acquired in my career and my concern that The Spices Restaurant does not have a written structure or detail, to fulfill daily activities to be performed within restaurant and to organize and coordinate their employees. This manual will be of vital importance for the company as it will encourage communication and teach transmit information between different areas of the restaurant. Understand by hand, as the document containing an orderly and systematic, comprehensive information as well as the history, mission and vision of the company, the instructions on the activities, areas and procedures of the restaurant, safety, hygiene in the treatment of food and drinks, also specifies obligations of the employer and worker rights, all this considered necessary for the best execution of the work that employees must comply within the company. It will be an instrument of administrative support, grouping precise procedures with a common goal. Result of great importance that all staff forming the team, know their content in detail. Once in charge of administration with the pattern to disclose the manual employees, they must sign that they were trained on their activities specific and detailed by the employer and the manager, for any question that present in the performance of their activities.
El presente manual, nace como propuesta a través de los conocimientos adquiridos en mi carrera profesional y por mi inquietud de que el Restaurante Las Especias no cuenta con una Estructura de manera escrita ni detallada, para el cumplimiento de las actividades diarias que se deben realizar dentro del restaurante así como para organizar y coordinar a sus empleados. Éste manual, será de vital importancia para la empresa ya que fomentará la comunicación y enseñará a transmitir la información entre las diferentes áreas del restaurante. Entenderemos por manual, como el documento que contiene de manera ordenada y sistemática, información completa, así como también la historia, misión y visión de la empresa, las instrucciones sobre las actividades, las áreas y los procedimientos del restaurante, medidas de seguridad, higiene en el trato de alimentos y bebidas, también especifica obligaciones del patrón y derechos del trabajador, todo esto considerado como necesario para la mejor ejecución del trabajo que los empleados deben cumplir dentro de la empresa. Será un instrumento de apoyo administrativo, agrupando los procedimientos precisos con un objetivo en común. Resultará de gran importancia que todo el personal que forman el equipo de trabajo, conozcan al detalle su contenido. Una vez que el encargado de administración junto con el patrón dé a conocer el manual a sus empleados, estos deberán firmar que fueron capacitados sobre sus actividades de manera específica y detallada por parte del patrón y el administrador, para cualquier duda o aclaración que se presente en el desempeño de sus actividades.
