In the case of focus and development Hummingbird Cultural A.C. Tzintzuntzan. The increase in population and changes in lifestyles have generated growth of morbidity in children and youth. With increasing demand for care of this center, it generated excessive documentation which was difficult to handle and preservation. The need for the implementation of an information system for better control, management and security of data is generated. For this system we will build on the structured methodology for developing information systems "kendall & kendall" .The implementation of the system will be to capture all existing records center. To have more fluidity information as they may consult or search each patient by different characteristics that possesses such as age, location, condition, direction, among others. The advantages of system implementation will include: Availability of more and better information for users. With the same system. Reduces errors, time and resources. We are sure it will be of good help implement the information system (Cadec) because with the guidance of my advisor strengthen each of the characteristics possessed by the information system.
Hoy en día sabemos que el uso de la tecnología y el internet son parte fundamental de nuestra vida cotidiana, debido a esta evolución se genera la necesidad en las organizaciones de implementar un sistema para el mejor manejo de su información. Es el caso del centro de atención y desarrollo cultural colibrí A.C. de Tzintzuntzan. El aumento de la población y cambios en los estilos de vida han generado el crecimiento de morbilidad en niños y jóvenes. Al aumentar la demanda de atención de este centro, generó un exceso de documentación la cual era difícil su manejo y su preservación. Se genera la necesidad de la implementación de un sistema de información para tener un mejor control, manejo y seguridad de los datos. Para dicho sistema nos basaremos en la metodología estructurada para el desarrollo de sistemas de información "kendall & kendall". La implementación del sistema consistirá en la captura de todas las expedientes existentes del centro. Para que la información tenga más fluidez ya que se podrá consultar o hacer búsquedas de cada paciente por medio de diferentes características que el posea como son edad, localidad, padecimiento, dirección, entre otras. Las ventajas que tendrá la implementación de sistema son: Disponibilidad de mayor y mejor información para los usuarios. Con un mismo sistema. Disminuye errores, tiempo y recursos. Estamos seguros de que será de buena ayuda la implementación del sistema de información para (CADEC) ya que con la orientación de mi asesor fortaleceremos cada una de las características que posea el sistema de información.
