In this practical case, it is proposed, from a particular point of view, the problematic existing in the Oficialía Primera del Registro Civil of Morelia; This problem arises from issues of poor planning and organization of the responsible and responsible of the different areas that make up the Dirección del Registro Civil. It also addresses in a general way the functions of the various departments that comprise the aforementioned Dirección, so that a clear and precise idea of the activities that each department must be carried out. Likewise, a series of proposals and suggestions to improve the service provided in the Oficialía Primera del Registro Civil de Morelia is addressed.
En este caso práctico se plantea, desde un punto de vista particular, la problemática existente en la Oficialía Primera del Registro Civil de Morelia; dicha problemática surge por cuestiones de mala planeación y organización de parte de los encargados y responsables de las distintas áreas que conforman la Dirección del Registro Civil. También se aborda de una manera general las funciones de los diversos departamentos de que consta la referida Dirección, para que se tenga una idea clara y precisa de las actividades que debe realizar cada departamento. De igual manera, se aborda una serie de propuestas y sugerencias para mejorar el servicio que se presta en la Oficialía Primera del Registro Civil de Morelia.
