La importancia de la comunicación y motivación en la Microempresa Hielo y Agua Purificada CORTÉS

Abstract

This work is an investigation, which deals with the importance of communication and motivation, in a microenterprise dedicated to the elaboration of Ice and Purified Water in the municipality of HUACANA, which is called Hielos and Agua Purificada Cortés. Being one of the essential factors for this to work and develop properly, any human activity is developed by implementing communication and motivation in a company, for its best performance taking into account these issues it is very easy for a company to function properly and achieve success , it is worth noting that a company with a very good communication becomes effective and reaches the achievement of its objectives, when the employee enters a phase of demotivation begins to lose the enthusiasm and enthusiasm with which he began the first day is why that employees must always be motivated to not enter that phase, you have to recognize their work either monetarily or by giving them recognition, that makes the employee feel happy and that they do their job properly, these two topics discussed in the following research if you know how to carry it out and put it into practice as it has to be, makes your company work properly It offers you profits and enters into competition with other companies in the same sector. Once implementing these two processes, the owner as employees would be happy with their work, the company will remain in an adequate range, with these small actions can be achieved significantly increase the level of motivation and communication, good communication will reinforce the pillars of the employee's motivation, providing the reason he needs to take action and allowing them to regain their enthusiasm and commitment, thus raising the chances of the company's success.

Este trabajo es una investigación, que trata de la importancia de la comunicación y de la motivación, en una microempresa que se dedica a la elaboración de Hielo y Agua Purificada en el municipio de la HUACANA, que lleva por nombre Hielos y Agua Purificada Cortés. Siendo uno de los factores imprescindibles para que esta funcione y se desarrolle adecuadamente, cualquier actividad humana se desarrolla implementando la comunicación y motivación en una empresa, para su mejor funcionamiento teniendo en cuenta estos temas es muy fácil que una empresa funcione adecuadamente y llegue al éxito , cabe destacar que una empresa con una muy buena comunicación se vuelve eficaz y se llega al logro de sus objetivos, cuando en empleado entra en una fase de desmotivación empieza a perder el entusiasmo y la ilusión con la que empezó el primer día es por ello que siempre hay que tener motivados a los empleados para que no entren en esa fase, hay que reconocer su trabajo ya sea monetariamente o otorgándoles reconocimientos, eso hace sentir al empleado feliz y que realice su trabajo adecuadamente, estos dos temas de qué trata la siguiente investigación si se sabe llevar acabo y se ponen en práctica como tiene que ser, hace que su empresa funcione adecuadamente le brinde ganancias y entre en competencia con otras empresas del mismo sector. Una vez implementando estos dos procesos, el dueño como los empleados se sentirían felices con su trabajo, la empresa se mantendré en un rango adecuado, con estas pequeñas acciones se puede lograr aumentar de forma significativa el nivel de motivación y comunicación, una buena comunicación reforzara los pilares de la motivación del empleado, proporcionándole el motivo que necesita para pasar a la acción y permitiendo que estos recobren su entusiasmo y compromiso, elevando así las posibilidades del éxito de la empresa.
