La productividad como resultado de un buen clima organizacional. Caso restaurante la Guarecita Morelia, Michoacán

Abstract

The intention of this work of investigation to determine the climate organizational inside the company the Guarecita, since there helps that the workers feel august, they improve the labor performance and it helps to raise the productivity of the company the Guarecita located in Morelia Michoacán in order to provide the executive of the company, suggestions of change, reinforcement and / or of improvement at the end of the investigation. The study is of quantitative approach of type correlational that had as aim determine the climate organizational and labor performance in it to be achieved to know the brave result, using tools of surveys where they were applied the guarecita to the workers of the company.

El propósito de este trabajo de investigación para determinar e implementar el clima organizacional dentro de la empresa la Guarecita, ya que ayuda a que los trabajadores se sientan augusto, mejoran el desempeño laboral y ayuda para elevar la productividad de la empresa la guarecita, ubicada en Morelia Michoacán a fin de proporcionar al directivo de la empresa, sugerencias de cambio, reforzamiento y/o de mejora al final de la investigación. El estudio es de enfoque cuantitativo de tipo correlacional que tuvo como objetivo determinar el clima organizacional y desempeño laboral en ello se logró conocer el resultado arrojado, utilizando herramientas de encuestas donde fueron aplicados a los trabajadores de la empresa la guarecita.
