Propuesta de un modelo directivo para las gerencias en las empresas mexicanas de servicio y comerciales

Abstract

In the first chapter we will expose and analyze the important models that have been constructed by different authors with different objectives; describe the management practice or the manager's style, show those aspects that impact the work of said executives, or help them perform in such a way that they obtain better results. In the second chapter we will describe the management and different terms associated with it. It will also be pointed out because it is considered an art and an occupation and the way in which the sciences are applicable by the managers in their work. On the other hand, the environment of the manager and the place where he performs his duties. In the third chapter we will discuss the description of managerial practice and the multiple aspects that it contemplates, such as the administrative process in the leadership that are immersed in management. In the fourth chapter we will talk about what managers do and how they do it, that is, they will seek to explain the reality they face in their day to day, such as emergencies, unforeseen events and interruptions. In the fifth chapter the information about the culture and its importance within the management will be broken down. The human being behaves according to the environment that surrounds him, so in this chapter we will observe the literature that addresses the work culture in Mexico and its influence on the work activities that are carried out in organizations. In the sixth chapter the procedure that will be carried out to understand the management in order to propose a model applicable to Mexicans companies will be described. The research questions will be detailed. Finally, we will talk about the proposal of the management model.

En el primer capítulo se expondrán y analizaran los modelos importantes que han sido construidos por diversos autores con diferentes objetivos; describir la práctica gerencial o el estilo del gerente, mostrar aquellos aspectos que impactan el trabajo de dichos ejecutivos, o bien, ayudarles a realizar de tal manera que obtengan mejores resultados. En el segundo capítulo describiremos a la gerencia y a distintos términos asociados con ella. También se puntualizará porque se considera un arte y un oficio y la manera en que las ciencias son aplicables por los gerentes en su trabajo. Por otra parte, el entorno del gerente y el lugar en donde desempeña sus funciones. En el tercer capítulo hablaremos de la descripción de la práctica gerencial y los múltiples aspectos que esta contempla, como el proceso administrativo en el liderazgo que están inmersos en la gerencia. En el capítulo cuarto hablaremos de lo que hacen los gerentes y como lo hacen, es decir, se buscara explicar la realidad a la que se enfrentan en su día a día, como las urgencias, los imprevistos y las interrupciones. En el capítulo quinto se desglosará la información sobre la cultura y su importancia dentro de la gerencia. El ser humano se comporta según el ambiente que le rodea, por lo que en este capítulo se observara la literatura que abordara la cultura del trabajo en México y su influencia en las actividades laborales que se realizan en las organizaciones. En el capítulo sexto se describirá el procedimiento que se llevará a cabo para comprender el gerenciamiento con el fin de proponer un modelo aplicable a las empresas mexicanas. Se detallarán las preguntas de investigación. Por ultimo hablaremos de la propuesta del modelo gerencial.
