Estudio de factibilidad para la reapertura de la granja porcina Gómez-Heredia

Abstract

This thesis has the objective of achieving a feasibility investigation for the reopening of a micro-company with the social name "GOMEZ-HEREDIA pig farm", dedicated to the production, fattening and commercialization of pigs in the community of Coalcomán de Vázquez Pallares. In the following chapters will take the following points of analysis: 1. Situational Diagnosis, where the commercial status of Creole and mestizo pigs will be determined, based on the study, to be able to cross to improve the breed, thus achieving a new microenterprise with the best of the region and the best of commercial breeds, 2. Contribution to the Improvement of the Genetic Quality of existing pigs in the region, 3. Theoretical Framework, we will present the scientific bases of the topics mentioned in said project, 4. Market Study; At this point we will obtain from applied surveys, the information that is desirable by the population studied (from previous research it was achieved obtain that they prefer lean meat, of good quality and that is in optimal condition). With the start-up of the project, the parameters demanded by end consumers will be met and the unmet demand within the municipality will be used to attract consumers and grow rapidly within the local market. The technical study will denote the location of the microenterprise and at the same time the technical analysis on which the production and marketing of pigs will be governed; as well as the necessary requirements in raw materials, labor and supplies required for the implementation of the project.

Esta tesis tiene el objetivo de lograr una investigación de factibilidad para la reapertura de una microempresa con denominación social "granja porcina GOMEZ-HEREDIA", dedicada a la producción, engorda y comercialización de porcinos en la comunidad de Coalcomán de Vázquez Pallares. En los siguientes capítulos se tomarán los siguientes puntos de análisis: 1. Diagnóstico Situacional; donde se determinará el estado comercial del ganado porcino criollo y mestizo, en base al estudio, poder hacer la cruza para mejorar la raza logrando así una nueva microempresa con lo mejor de la región y lo mejor de las razas comerciales, 2. Contribución al Mejoramiento de la Calidad Genética del ganado porcino existente en la región, 3. Marco Teórico; presentaremos las bases científicas de los temas citados en dicho proyecto, 4. Estudio de Mercado; en este punto obtendremos de encuestas aplicadas, la información que es apetecible por parte de la población estudiada (de investigaciones anteriores se logró obtener que prefieren la carne magra, de buena calidad y que se encuentre en estado óptimo). Con la puesta en marcha del proyecto se cumplirá con los parámetros exigidos por consumidores finales y se aprovechará la demanda insatisfecha existente dentro del municipio para captar a los consumidores y poder crecer rápidamente dentro del mercado local. En el estudio técnico se denotará el lugar de la ubicación de la microempresa y a la par el análisis técnico sobre el cual se regirá la producción y comercialización del ganado porcino; así como los requerimientos necesarios en materia prima, mano de obra y suministros requeridos para la implantación del proyecto.
